Shri Radhey Shyam Agrawal S/o- Shri Khushi Ram Agrawal was born on 2nd Sept. 1943, born & brought up in Raigarh distt. He started the work of civil construction & road work on individual basis in a small scale pattern in the year 1975. As a whole he was the only person of that particular belt who entered into construction work, later he established a partnership firm in the year 1983 in his name i.e. M/s Radhey Shyam Agrawal with all the family members as partners, thus distributed & planned the works accordingly. As the civil construction work was in boom and also considered to be a mass development activity during that period in that area in which they were involved into, simultaneously got registered as A-5 Class Contractor in the year 1992 With its main objectives to decrease cost through effective resource management by adopting proper approach, to follow a management system approach to integrate and align the process, to make effective decision based on analysis of data & information, to contribute to the development of the nearby area as a socially responsible contractor.

Shri Bajrang Lal Agrawal- S/o- Shri Radhey Shyam Agrawal, born on 3rd Oct 1966 at Raigarh, joined the firm M/s Radhey Shyam Agrawal in the year 2002, as a partner & solely handling the work at northern region of Chhattisgarh i.e. Raigarh, Bilaspur, Champa, Kharsiya & Sakti etc. A well renowned contractor at Raigarh & nearby locations, with an excellent market reputation & creditability being an eldest son of Shri Radhey Shyam Agrawal is responsible for the works allotted for northern region of the state by the principal at Water Resources Division, Chhattisgarh. As a partner of the firm, he is engaged in irrigation contracts through its head office at Raigarh. His positive efforts & approaches with a constant vision, ability, sincerity and hard work, has immensely contributed towards the growth of the firm.

Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal- S/o- Shri Radhey Shyam Agrawal, a civil engineer by qualification, entered the firm as a partner in the year 1997, to look after the ongoing road works & other projects. Besides being an individual registered as an A-5 Class Contractor, under which he is capable of performing the work upto unlimited amount based at Raipur, he operates & carries on the firm’s ongoing works as awarded by various govt. departments in the southern region of the state i.e. Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Kawardha etc. for various works comprising of construction of roads, dams, stop dams, water storage tanks of low level i.e. Anicut, bridges, canal etc. A very reputed & renowned contractor of Raipur with excellent market reputation & repayment history with major financiers like ICICI, Kotak, Magma, SREI, TMLFSL, SBI & TCL. Apart from being a super strategic customer & excellent paymaster, he maintains a healthy relation with financiers & principals too. Presently having work in hand of more than Rs. 700 Crores & some projects are yet to be approved soon by Water Resources Division & PWD , Chhattisgarh.
